Payment and Cancellation Policies*




  • Please be prepared to pay for any session missed, canceled, or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice.  

  • Pre-paying clients will be assessed one session for any appointment missed, canceled, or rescheduled with less than 24-hours notice.  

  • Pay-as-you-go clients will be expected to pay for missed, canceled, or rescheduled sessions before being able to attend or schedule additional appointments.

  • 5 session packages must be used within 60 days.

  • 10 session packages must be used within 90 days.

  • 20 session packages must be used within 120 days.

Studio Policies
  • All clients must have a current liability waiver and client information form on file.

  • All clients MUST inform Balanced Movement when any significant changes in health (both physical and mental), life (such as address or activity level), or circumstance (divorce, marriage, pregnancy, etc) occur.  

  • All clients are responsible for informing therapist of ANY change in health, life, or circumstance without being prompted by therapist.

  • Sessions are 55 minutes each.

  • Sessions begin and end on time.  Sessions will end on time regardless of what time the session is started.

  • Socks with grip, such as ToeSox, are highly recommended for both women AND men.

  • Please keep valuable items inside the studio area in which you are currently receiving care.

  • Please finish phone calls and silence cell phones prior to session.

  • We accept cash and checks.  

  • We do accept credit/debit cards for pre-payment packages.
